foundation for revolutionary enterprises. He re-organised

the Kwok Man Tong of China and established the Military

Cadets College, in order that some real revolutionists may

be trained for the expulsion in future of those brutal

covertly soldiers and wicked generals who are openly or renty alien

to the revolutionary cause. It was owing to this foundation

that we successfully cleared the Eastern Districts of our

enemies in March this year, expelled Yeung Hi Man and Lau

Chan Wan in June, arrested the brutal soldiers and un-

scrupulous generals on the 25th August, disbanded the

rebellious troops at Tung Kun and Tsang Shing on the 20th

September, suppressed the soldiers of Hung Hak Mo on the 3rd October, who had promised Chan King Ming his support,

conquered the Eastern Districts for the second time in

October and November and purged the Southern Regions of

enemies in November and December. With the bravery of

the Kwok Man Kak Ming Kwan (Revolutionist Troops), we

have accomplished 80 or 90 per cent. of what should be done

at present. Only Lui Chow and King Chow have not yet been

taken, but in a month's time they will be restored. The
